EN 13986標(biāo)準(zhǔn)介紹
EN 13986 是木質(zhì)板材的歐洲總體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。EN 13986規(guī)定了膠合板、定向刨花板和單板層積木材的性能特征和測試方法。EN 13986根據(jù)木制板材的最終用途和使用場景，劃分木制板材的測試內(nèi)容和性能。以下是EN 13986木制板材的9種最終用途和使用場景：
（1）作為干燥條件下的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（2）作為潮濕條件下的內(nèi)部（或受保護(hù)的外部）結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（3）作為外部結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（4）作為干燥條件下的內(nèi)部非結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（5）作為潮濕條件下的內(nèi)部（或受保護(hù)的外部）非結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（6）作為外部非結(jié)構(gòu)組件
（7）在干燥、潮濕或外部條件下用作托梁上的結(jié)構(gòu)性樓板面層
（8）在干燥、潮濕或外部條件下用作托梁上的屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)覆面板
（9）在干燥、潮濕或室外條件下，用作墻骨上的結(jié)構(gòu)性護(hù)墻板
EN 13986適用范圍
EN 13986適用于多種木質(zhì)板材，包括實(shí)木板材、膠合板與單板層積材LVL、定向刨花板OSB、刨花板、水泥刨花板、纖維板等
EN 13986 彎曲強(qiáng)度
彎曲強(qiáng)度需依據(jù) EN 310 測定，但是實(shí)木板材應(yīng)按照 EN 789 進(jìn)行測試，擠壓刨花板要依據(jù) EN14755 進(jìn)行測試。
EN 13986彎曲硬度
彎曲彈性模量的測定，除實(shí)木板材應(yīng)依照EN 789測試外，其余應(yīng)按照EN 310進(jìn)行測試。
EN 13986粘結(jié)質(zhì)量
實(shí)木板材膠合質(zhì)量依 CEN/TS 13354測試；膠合板按EN 314 – 1測試，按 EN 314 - 2 表示結(jié)果；單板層積材LVL按 EN 14279測試膠合質(zhì)量。
EN 13986內(nèi)部結(jié)合力(抗拉強(qiáng)度)
針對定向刨花板、刨花板、水泥刨花板以及纖維板，其垂直于板材平面的抗拉強(qiáng)度需依照 EN 319 測定，但擠壓刨花板應(yīng)按照 EN 14755 進(jìn)行測試。
EN 13986耐久性 (厚度的浸水膨脹)
厚度膨脹應(yīng)按照 EN 317 測定。

耐濕性測試根據(jù)板材的材質(zhì)，有不同的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具體如下圖：

地板、屋頂板、墻壁防護(hù)因其位于不同建筑測的不同位置，結(jié)構(gòu)用途抗沖擊性測試的方法須符合下表要求：

除了以上性能要求外，所有建筑人造板材都需評估甲醛釋放量、防火性、透濕性、空氣聲隔聲、吸音、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)用途的強(qiáng)度和硬度、機(jī)械耐久性。
